
To resolve this issue, remove Easy CD Creator before you run Windows XP Setup, or quit all running programs except for Windows Explorer and Systray, and then run Windows XP Setup again.

To do this, follow these steps:-
Step 1. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to open the Close Program dialog box.
Step 2. In the list of programs that are running, select any program except Windows Explorer or Systray, and then click End Task to quit the program that you selected. Repeat this step for all running programs except Windows Explorer and Systray, and then click Cancel.
Step 3. Navigate to the folder or drive that contains the Windows XP installation files, and then double-click Winnt32.exe. Follow the on-screen instructions to upgrade your computer operating system to Windows XP.
